Uuhhhhmmm.... 10+ Javascript Includes, hell, the performance...^^

If we doesn't care so much about the performance I really like the site, I would just maybe think about a bigger font-size @ the navigation and to use GT-Graphics - {SITENAME} instead of just the sitename.

Just a few ideas, but I would think about a little summ up of the JS.

Hmm can I make a few suggestions?

- I would add more link-hover "feedback" (navigation links, thumbnails, language flag for ex.)
- there are 2 types of navigaton-links, the ones on "job showcase" should be changed to the good looking ones (see pic [link])
- the thumbnail-borders dont look perfectly round (I would use css border & border-radius)
- the thumbnail-title is half on the background, half on the border (dont know if it's supposed to look like that, see screenshot [link])
- add some padding/margin on the left
- add some box-shadow to the top gallery thumbs

otherwise it's easy and fast to navigate, maybe just not on my small laptop screen (1024x768) :D

I don't know why the other people are having problems. It looks really good in mine and I have mine set at 1366x768 and I'm running Safari.

Hmm you need to add some padding under the h3 titles and text .. the text is far to close to the image previews or content under :(

As you can see, your text is sitting on top of the images pretty much, looks terrible, also your content text could use some line height imo, it would allow it to be easier to read mate ;)

Well if that's how you wanted it to look, you need to keep learning web design, cause that looks dreadful with such shocking abuse of spacing sorry mate :(

I strongly suggest you add about 40px of padding under the titles and text, and make the content line height about 24px ;)

Your choice, but yea just make the site look amateur imo :(

haha well that's perfectly okay ;) thanks for your input. I dont get the 40px of space at all... from my point of view you don't have to make everything uber wide etc (and if you were running a smaller desktop setup there wouldn't be a need for suche spaces imo :P)

I made it the way I liked it. those headlines are supposed to be hints and nothing more as the navigation is given by the images.

but as I said: it's perfectly fine that you don't like it :) and if you think it has been done amateurish.... c'est la vie ;)
