Uuhhhhmmm.... 10+ Javascript Includes, hell, the performance...^^
If we doesn't care so much about the performance I really like the site, I would just maybe think about a bigger font-size @ the navigation and to use GT-Graphics - {SITENAME} instead of just the sitename.
Just a few ideas, but I would think about a little summ up of the JS.
- I would add more link-hover "feedback" (navigation links, thumbnails, language flag for ex.) - there are 2 types of navigaton-links, the ones on "job showcase" should be changed to the good looking ones (see pic [link]) - the thumbnail-borders dont look perfectly round (I would use css border & border-radius) - the thumbnail-title is half on the background, half on the border (dont know if it's supposed to look like that, see screenshot [link]) - add some padding/margin on the left - add some box-shadow to the top gallery thumbs
otherwise it's easy and fast to navigate, maybe just not on my small laptop screen (1024x768)
