Seriously...

I'm sorry for my very important last journal about "nothing". Now everybody of you know what it means.

I'm just wondering what you (or dA staff) could do to reward hard work. I mean everybody knows that on this page everything's about artistic nude and anime. Then there's the photomanipulation part, all other kinds of photos, science fiction etc. That's nothing new and I don't want to complain about.
Every kind of art has it's own worth and you can put effort into every picture (independent from what style). So this should be a part of the judgement. The fav system is a good and easy way to judge a pic but I think it lacks of validity.
What about a system where you can give away points for creativity, style, effort, quality and maybe first impression. And the sum of this numbers evaluates your picture. Then and only then you have the chance to find some cool pics independent from the person who created it.

Let me give you an example:

Of course you should look at the comments below the pics too. They are a part of the information the artist gives you about the pic. If there aren't any, shit happens .

But I really hope you see what I mean and what I'm talking about.
