Was a nice trip to this former sanatorium (we had to start at 3am to catch up the sunrise). The architecture there is just beautiful. It has been the first time I officially was allowed to range through such old buildings (we also had the groundskeeper with keys to all locked doors).
The only thing: it was freaking cold there --> -16°C without wind. That is why it was a hard task for my batteries
This is an excellent photo! This is a great comparison between infrastructural medical facilities architecture, infrastructural school facilities & prison architecture. A confining hollow space, begging to be filled, inside a maze like layout. Eerily Creepy!
Marvellous image mate, and having had the cold attack my own gear, I can understand what you went through - particularly getting up at that hour! Superb effort!!
